Founding Tongahow Lesieli Immigration is one of the greatest honors of my life. This work did not begin as a business idea — it began as a calling. For more than two decades, I have served in classrooms, government programs, rehabilitation centers, counseling offices, and community organizations. In every role, one truth has guided me:
People need someone who will stand with them. Someone who will help them win.
Tongahow — Together Our Nation Gets Accomplishments, Helping Others Win — was built on faith, integrity, and compassion. Every client who comes to me carries a story, a struggle, a hope, and a dream. My purpose is to guide them with clarity, protect their dignity, and help them move forward with confidence.
I do not showcase client approvals or personal stories online. Many of the individuals and families I serve value privacy, safety, and confidentiality — and I honor that fully. Instead, I let my experience, education, and proven work speak for itself.
🌼 Who I Am
My name is Lesieli Hingano Tutuu, CEO and Founder of Tongahow Lesieli Immigration. I am an educator, therapist, program manager, licensed life producer, and caregiver. My mission is to empower immigrant families with professional guidance, cultural understanding, and unwavering respect.
I earned my Master of Arts in Bilingual & Multicultural Education from California State University–Sacramento, where I received multiple state and governor‑level scholarships for academic excellence and advocacy. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Elementary & Special Education at BYU–Hawaii, with a minor in Psychology, and later pursued advanced studies in Addiction Studies at Eastern Washington University.
I pursued doctoral studies (Ph.D.) in Psychology with an emphasis on organizational leadership and human behavior. My program was placed on hold during the COVID‑19 pandemic, and I intend to resume it. The graduate‑level training I completed enhances my ability to guide families through complex immigration processes with professionalism, empathy, and disciplined organization.
My career spans:
