ABOUT

💌 To Our Community

Founding TONGAHOW LesieliImmigration has been one of the greatest honors of my life. This work was not born from business ambition — it was born from service, discipline, and a heart shaped by years of helping others overcome hardship.

In every classroom, jail program, counseling session, and community service role I have held, one truth remained clear:

People need someone who will stand with them. Someone who will help them win.

TONGAHOW — Together Our Nation Gets Accomplishments, Helping Others Win — is built on faith, integrity, and compassion. Every client who walks through my doors carries a story. A struggle. A hope. A dream. And I am here to serve.

My promise is to guide you with honesty, advocate for you with courage, and treat you with dignity. Because what we do for the least of these, we do in the service of God.

🌼 Who Am I

My name is Lesieli Hingano Tutuu (pronounced LE-see-e-lee TOO-tuu-oo). I am the CEO and Founder of Tongahow Lesieli Immigration, a licensed life producer, and a caregiver. My mission is to empower immigrant families with clarity, dignity, and professional support.

I studied at BYU–Hawaii, Eastern Washington University, and Sacramento State, and began my career as a teacher in the Church Educational System in Tonga. I later served in government and community programs, including the California State Capitol, Washington State DSHS, and as a Counselor and Program Manager in care centers.

Through these experiences, I learned the importance of advocacy, organization, and compassion. Today, I bring that same dedication to families navigating immigration, citizenship, and financial protection.

I am married to Berry Tutuu, and I continue to celebrate my Tongan heritage while serving families nationwide.

✨ Our Vision Forward

As we move into the future, Tongahow Lesieli Immigration will continue to stand as a pillar of hope and guidance for immigrant families. We are committed to:

  • Providing clear, bilingual support for every client.

  • Offering affordable consultations and transparent services.

  • Building bridges between cultures, faith, and opportunity.

  • Celebrating the strength of our Tongan and Pacific Islander heritage while serving all communities with dignity.
